Our excellent courses, including SWAP Access to Nursing and HNC Healthcare Practice, are tailored to guide you towards various university degrees in fields such as Adult, Child, Learning Disability, and Mental Health Nursing, as well as Paramedic Science. Additionally, exciting opportunities to progress into Podiatry and Occupational Therapy may be available.
For those aspiring to a career in Midwifery, our HNC program lays a solid foundation (additional independent study in Biology may be required).
The college hosts guest speakers from respected organisations like the Royal College of Nursing (RCN), various universities, and private care providers. These sessions provide invaluable insights into the latest trends and practices in healthcare, enriching the learning experience with real-world perspectives.
HNC students are given the opportunity to gain practical experience within our program. We offer placements with local employers and relevant organisations, such as the NHS. These opportunities allow students to apply their knowledge in real-world settings, gaining hands-on experience that is critical in the healthcare field.
