Our annual graduation ceremony is the highlight of our college year in celebrating the success of our higher education students, and this year the ceremony takes place on Saturday, 1 November 2025.

We aim for support to help us to make this day as special as possible for graduates and their families by providing sponsorship. This is especially important this year as we are trying to minimise the cost for students graduating as they increasingly grapple with the cost of living crisis.

With nearly 1,000 people attending the ceremony and extensive reach on social media, sponsoring our graduation ceremony is an excellent opportunity for you to achieve brand exposure in the education community, across West Lothian and further afield.

Company endorsements would be included in West Lothian College’s marketing of the graduation, including editorials in local and national newspapers, media releases and coverage on the college’s website and social media channels.

The sponsorship packages available are:

 

HEADLINE SPONSOR PACKAGE - £2,000 

  • Company logo displayed on all digital displays throughout the college for one month prior to graduation 
  • Company logo prominently displayed on all guest tickets 
  • Rolling advert on the digital screen presentation before and after the graduation ceremony 
  • Logo and acknowledgement to your company in all social media posts one month prior to the event
  • Company endorsement included in West Lothian College’s marketing of the event including any editorial, media releases, competitions, videos and coverage on the college website

 

DIGITAL HEADLINE SPONSOR PACKAGE - £1,000 

  • Company logo displayed on digital displays throughout the college for one month prior to graduation 
  • Company logo prominently displayed on all guest tickets 
  • Rolling advert on digital screen presentation before and after the ceremony 
  • Logo and acknowledgement to your company in all social media posts one month prior to the event

 

DIGITAL SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE - £500 

  • Company logo displayed on digital displays throughout the college for two weeks prior to graduation 
  • Rolling advert on digital screen presentation before and after the ceremony

 

PREMIUM DIGITAL ADVERT - £300 

  • Company logo displayed on digital displays throughout the college for one week prior to graduation
