Students on the BA Business Management Part-time course at West Lothian College have enjoyed outstanding success this year.
Seven students from the 2018/19 group have already achieved their degree with distinction scoring an average of over 65% in the required modules.
The success of the students comes in the same year that the college celebrates 10 years of offering the very successful Edinburgh Napier University BA Business Management Degree. The articulation route of this course provides a clear pathway from HNC/HND in Business and ILM Level 9 courses to the third and fourth years at the University Business School. There are full-time and part-time programmes available each academic year.
Brian McGonigal, Business Lecturer at West Lothian College said: “I’d like to congratulate all of our students who completed the course this year. This is unusual in that normally only two or three receive a degree with distinction award in any year. We had a very good group of students who engaged and worked very hard to score excellent marks.”
The BA course in Business Management is ideal for anyone wishing to pursue a management career up to senior level and is offered in partnership between West Lothian College and Edinburgh Napier University.
Whilst on the course you can use the University’s resources and facilities, including the libraries, computer, sports and student union facilities. You attend classes for the course at West Lothian College so it suits those who prefer to study in the local area. The course runs flexibly so attendance at the College can be daytime or evening as preferred.
The BA Degree course has provided over 300 full and part-time graduates from Edinburgh Napier University Business School over the past decade.
