What the course includes:
The VTCT units undertaken within this course are current, industry related and recognised by employers and insurance companies.
You will have the opportunity to train & use professional skin care brand Eve Taylor when performing face & body treatments. This course includes practical demonstrations and lectures whilst working in our realistic salons which are fully equipped to perform treatments.
You will learn skills by initially practicing on each other prior to completing on clients once confident.
There are opportunities to participate in workshops with guest speakers and industry experts.
We work closely with industry partners to offer potential employment opportunities.
This course is a progression only course. To gain entry to this course, you must hold a VTCT SVQ2 award in beauty therapy.
If English is not your first language, ESOL Level 5 minimum grade C is an entry requirement for this course.
Education: HNC beauty therapy.
Employment: qualified beauty therapist working as an employee within the beauty/ spa industry, or self-employment.
