This course offers an engaging introduction to the hospitality industry, providing you with essential skills and knowledge to progress to the Introduction to Professional Cookery course.

You'll explore key areas such as professional cookery, gaining hands-on experience with essential kitchen techniques and food preparation, as well as front-of-house operations, where you'll learn about customer service.
This course introduces you to Professional Cookery and Hospitality Practices, experienced lecturers with a range of industry experience will support and guide you throughout this course.
We offer a range of full-time courses from Level 4 up to Level 6 Professional Cookery and you would have the opportunity to progress through these levels which are designed to prepare you for employment within this industry.
