West Lothian College is set to hold its virtual open day on Thursday 4 June.
The event, which is the first of its kind to be held by the college, has been created as a means to give potential students, their friends, and families a chance to find out more about the college and its courses, in the absence of traditional on campus open days.
On the day, registered attendees can expect access to a wide range of digital resources, each exploring a different area of the college, whether this is a subject area, or general support from our admissions and finance teams. There will be sessions covering how to apply for a course, the interview process, what funding is available, and how to access it.
To get involved, attendees need to register using the online form. There they can indicate what they are interested in, and if there are any questions they have that they would like us to address in the sessions.
On the day of the event (Thursday 4 June), registered attendees will be sent links to video content, customised for the areas of interest they indicated during sign up. These videos can be watched at any time throughout the day, and the college team will be on hand on social media and email, offering instant answers or referrals to anyone who may still have questions.
Parents/Carers are also encouraged to register for the event and submit any questions they may have.
