Schools Courses - How to Apply
You can now apply for our schools and Foundation Apprenticeship courses on our website in the same way you would apply for full-time courses.
You should discuss your application with your school prior to applying, however we will notify your school once you have made an application on our website as these courses will then need to be taken as part of your course choice and incorporated into your timetable.
You will be asked to provide a short personal statement as part of your application, so before applying you should have a think about the reasons why you want to complete this course, any relevant experience you have and what your goals are after this course.
Please note, only students staying on at school can apply for a schools or Foundation Apprenticeship course.
Part-Time Courses - How to Apply
To view the list of part-time courses available, click on the courses page at the top of the homepage and filter by subject area, level, or view the full list of part-time courses.
Applications and enrolments should be made online through our website.
If the course requires an interview or there are entry criteria to be checked, you will see an apply button on the page which allows you to submit an application. After submitting your application you will be contacted by a member of our team regarding next steps. Once offered a place, payment will need to be made (or funding agreed) in order to secure your place.
If the course does not require an interview or have specific criteria you will see the enrol now button and be able to complete the full enrolment process online. If enroling online, you will be asked for a photograph. This is for your student card and you can either upload a photo immediately, or skip this step and provide it to us by email or by coming in to the college.
You will also be asked to make a payment, which can be done by credit or debit card through our online portal. Once paid, you have fully secured your place on the course.
If you select the option to pay later (if you have other funding, or are planning to pay with a method other than card) then you will be given instructions as to how to arrange future payment. Please note, your space is not confirmed until payment is made or a payment plan is in place.
