A world wide taste bud adventure awaits! A lecturer will take students on a culinary journey, stopping at China for hot pot, Mexico for empanadas and enchiladas, and many more countries for tasty food.

  • What the course includes

    This course will allow students to complete one SQA unit during the course based on the skills used and activities completed during class.
