This course is suited to those thinking about a career in computing science. It is an ideal course for school leavers to develop skills such as software design and development and cyber security. It includes classroom and practical-based activities and supports students on to further study or employment.

Days: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Time: 9am - 4pm

    You will develop skills and knowledge in the computer science discipline, including practical skills in the computing labs covering programming and cyber resilience strategies.

If English is not your first language, ESOL Level 5 is an entry requirement for this course.

    Further study into NQ Computing Level 6.

What are the interview arrangements?

The interview involves a practical skills test and a group interview. You will need to bring copies of your previous qualifications on the day.
