SCOTTISH CERTIFICATE FOR PERSONAL LICENCE HOLDERS

The Scottish Certificate for Personal Licence Holders is a qualification aimed at anyone working in or preparing to work in any industry that involves the retail sale of alcohol.

Time: 9.00am-4.00pm
Duration: 1 day

Please contact business@west-lothian.ac.uk for an enrolment form. All enrolment forms must be fully completed and returned to us by Wednesday 15th March 2023. 

It may be easier to save the form as a PDF to a laptop before completing it, which can then be emailed as an attachment. The enrolment form can also be printed and scanned back by email as an attachment or handed in to the college reception.

Once the enrolment form has been received the attendee place will be confirmed on a first come first served basis.

    This course covers:

    • Introduction to licensing
    • Responsible operation of licensed premises
    • Effect of irresponsible operation on society and health

    The assessment at the end is a multiple choice paper.
