This is a part-time schools course to engage young people in learning within the college environment, the purpose of this course is to help young people to take informed next steps and make decisions about their future.
Days: Monday and Tuesday
Times: 9:30am-3:00pm
Duration: 7 weeks
Start: Monday 6th February
The course will be delivered in college and will focus on giving young people the confidence and resilience to experience something different in an adult learning environment. We will use the Person Centred Planning model to engage with each individual.
The main aim of this course is to prepare young people for work or further education and give access, where possible, to some vocational and practical experience to help with making decisions about their future, in a supported setting.
