PREPARATION FOR SPORT AND FITNESS (JAN)

This course is an exciting combination of theory and practical classes providing a basic introduction to a range of sport and fitness subjects.

 

Students will improve their communication and IT skills to help them progress to higher level courses in sport and fitness. Students will also get the chance to practice a range of sporting specialisms, such as basketball, tennis, volleyball and football.

Entry requirements

  • There are no formal entry requirements, however it is important that applicants have a genuine interest in participating in sport and fitness activities

If English is not your first language, ESOL Level 5 is an entry requirement for this course.
