NQ PERSONAL FITNESS DEVELOPMENT LEVEL 6
This course will give you practical and theory-based skills in fitness, health and sport. You will have the opportunity to lead fitness sessions with young people, work with a range of client groups and visits to external gyms including Hyrox, Yoga and Personal training facilities.

Days: 2 - 3 days per week, Monday to Friday
Times: 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 4pm
Duration: 1 Year
