Students will learn how to cook a range of healthy plant-based dishes and incorporate fresh ingredients like, vegetables, herbs, legumes, fungi and spices to create beneficial and wholesome meals.

    This course will show students how to approach home cooking using healthy produce, unfamiliar ingredients, or fresh food from local farms and businesses.
