The mindfulness sessions are structured to introduce and
explore a range of mindfulness practices through teaching,
experience and sharing in a relaxed, friendly and inclusive atmosphere.

All students will receive a course handbook, access to guided audio practices and a course certificate. It is recommended that students complete the Introduction to Mindfulness course before attending the Mindfulness for Life course.

This course will run on Monday evenings from 6pm-8.30pm for 8 weeks.
