The mindfulness sessions are structured to introduce and explore in depth a wide range of mindfulness practices through demonstration, experience and sharing in a relaxed, friendly and inclusive atmosphere.

    What the course includes

    This course includes a variety of subjects including; what is mindfulness?, the art of allowing, embodiment awareness of feelings, self-compassion, nourishing happiness, awareness of mind and a mindful life.

    All students will receive a course handbook, access to guided audio practices and a course certificate.
