Level 3 Technical Specialist in Automotive Refrigerant Handling

This course is suitable for qualified motor vehicle technicians, mechanics and mobile air conditioning technicians looking to gain their F-gas certification.

Successful candidates will be issued with a lifetime certificate from the Institute of the Motor Industry Awards (IMI).

Entry Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements, but you should have experience working in the automotive repair sector and basic knowledge of the operation of air conditioning systems. 

If English is not your first language, ESOL Level 5 is an entry requirement for this course.
