Introduction to Sport and Fitness

This course is an exciting combination of theory and practical classes providing a basic introduction to a range of sport and fitness subjects. Students will also get the chance to practice a range of sporting specialisms, such as basketball, tennis, volleyball and football.

Times:  9am – 12pm & 1pm - 4pm

Entry requirements

  • You are required to have a genuine interest in participating in sport and fitness activities.
  • At least two National 4’s or equivalent.

If English is not your first language, ESOL Level 5 is an entry requirement for this course.
