INTRODUCTION TO PROFESSIONAL COOKERY (JANUARY)
This introductory course runs for three days a week for 18 weeks in our commercially equipped kitchens. It gives students the chance to work towards an SVQ in professional cookery (level 4) and to study SQA National Certificate units.
