INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS

This course introduces a range of foundation mindfulness practices which will be explored in greater depth in the Mindfulness for Life course. This course offers a supportive space to begin your mindfulness journey.

Start Date:  1st October 2020
Days of Week: Thursday 
Time: 6.00 - 7.30pm
Duration:  4 weeks (Due to the October week, there is no class on 15th October and the final class will be 29th October)
Cost: £50

  • What will I learn

    This course will cover a host of subjects including what is mindfulness, noticing the here and now, 3 stage breathing space, mindfulness in daily life, mindful movement and walking and maintaining your practice.

    All students will receive an Everyday Mindfulness booklet and a course certificate.
