HNC CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY - BUILT ENVIRONMENT YEAR 2

Year 2 of this course continues to build on the key knowledge required by a construction technician, site supervisor/agent/manager, to provide a strong grounding in construction methods, procedures, organisation and contractual arrangements.

    • Computer Aided Draughting (CAD)
    • Building Services Introduction
    • Construction Site Surveying
    • Building Measurement & Cost Studies (Quantity Surveying)

    • Graded Unit Project

Entry Requirements

  • Year 1 of the HNC Construction Management course

If English is not your first language, ESOL Level 5 is an entry requirement for this course.
