This course is designed for those wishing to gain a formal qualification in accounting. This will also meet the requirements of employers recruiting accounting staff and is designed to help improve employment or promotion prospects.

This course includes aspects of financial and management accounting, cost accounting, SAGE accounting and spreadsheets.
This course will help improve employment and/or promotion prospects. You will get a good grounding in accounting practice and business principles.
Minimum of one Higher at grade C is beneficial but not essential
Those with relevant work experience are encouraged to apply
Other relevant qualifications will be considered
Commitment to learning is essential
If English is not your first language, ESOL Level 5 is an entry requirement for this course.
Education: Progression to university for part-time study, CIMA, ACCA
Employment: Posts such as trainee accountant, accounts technician, accounts assistant and other roles within accounting/business
