This course focuses on the basic construction skills and techniques with the retrofit industry and making house sustainable to help met our net zero targets, which will support development of your practical skills and help build strong employability skills.

    • Industry Standard Training in External Wall insulation Installation and Finishing

Entry requirements

We are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking individuals with an enthusiasm in developing a career in the construction industry.

If English is not your first language, ESOL Level 5 is an entry requirement for this course.

    Construction Crafts: Environmental Construction (HCI) leads to further development of a career in construction on a wide range of courses and/or onto apprenticeship training in external wall insulation, or other appropriate construction disciplines.

Interview arrangements

The interview involves a practical skills test and a group interview. You will need to bring copies of your previous qualifications on the day.
