CIPD INTERMEDIATE CERTIFICATE IN HUMAN RESOURCE

This face-to-face course provides a participative and interactive programme, and uses a range of teaching methods designed to develop the knowledge and skills required by an effective Human Resources professional and/or Personnel Manager.

Duration: One year (plus 4 skills days on a Saturday throughout the year)

Entry requirements

  • Foundation Certificate in HR Practice or equivalent qualifications or experience
  • Working in HR or line management responsibilities would be an advantage

  • Must complete a 500 word diagnostic
  • Non-native English speakers must have achieved ESOL N5
