How to join

Anyone studying, working or living in West Lothian is entitled to use the library. To join, all you have to do is complete a library registration form. We will need proof of address and ID to complete this process. Following registration, West Lothian College student and staff members may borrow up to 5 items from the college library and, through a partnership agreement with the local council, 20 items from the West Lothian public libraries. Non student/ staff members may borrow 3 items from the college library.
