The Finance Department is responsible for processing all income and expenditure for the College, and for providing financial management information to the College Management Team.
Finance operates a counter service to College students, for the receipt of student programme fees and issue of sundry tickets. It is also responsible for the reimbursement of authorised expenses and petty cash claims to staff.
Key activities for Finance include:
- Production of College financial reports and Statutory financial returns
- Provision of financial management information to various College sources on both a regular and ad hoc basis
- Liaison with Internal and External Auditors
- Processing of purchase orders and invoices
- Processing of sales invoices
- Receipt of income and payment of invoices

What are the finance opening hours?
Finance opening hours are Monday – Thursday 9.45am to 4.15pm on Friday 9.45am to 3.00pm.
Where is Finance Located?
Finance is located in Spectrum on the first floor of the Street Building. Just ask at the Spectrum Reception desk at the top of the stairs.
How can I pay for the course?
The methods of payment are Cash, Cheque and Card. The different card types that we accept are Switch, Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, Visa and MasterCard. We can take payments over the telephone. You can also send in cheques.
