This course is designed for those who wish to follow a career within the Hospitality and Catering Industry. This course introduces the necessary skills you would require to work within various catering establishments.
Attendance is three hours a week over a three year period. Over the three year period a total of 16 NQ units will be covered. These units will be achieved through a number of practical and theoretical type classes held in fully equipped classroom and kitchens.
This course is flexible and students have the opportunity to pick the units that are best suited to their particular needs.
