This course will enable you to develop knowledge of the hospitality industry by engaging in Higher National units through practical and theoretical experience. Units include Food and Beverage service, Food Production, accommodation Servicing, Financial Control, Accounting and Supervision. Unit will be assessed through practical activities as well as written and integrated assessments. This course will prepare you for a career in an expanding and competitive industry. Individual units can be studied to suit candidates. Cost will be £100 per unit. Successful candidates may be able to progress to HND Hospitality Management or Degree courses at other institutions.
