Here you can find out all you need to know about the courses we have on offer at West Lothian College. No matter what your situation, West Lothian College has a course and study route for you.
School Leavers
If you have just left school after studying Standard Grades you will be ready to start courses at entry and Intermediate level. These include National Qualifications (NQ) and foundation level courses. If you have gained some Highers you may want to think about studying at HNC/HND level.
Returning to Study
If you are thinking of returning to study but worry you don’t have the necessary entry requirements or skills, don’t – we have courses for everyone. Access and Introductory courses are ideal if you’ve been out of education for some time or don’t have the standard entry qualifications required. These provide the background and foundation to prepare students for further study in their chosen field.
Moving On
We have designed our courses at West Lothian College so that you can progress to achieve your ultimate goal, which could be a better job or a university degree. You can talk to the Admissions Team, Careers Advisor or the Articulation Support Advisor about how to best achieve this.
