Brian Wilson - Assistant Principal, Business and Enterprise
| Brian Wilson is responsible for European & External Funding, Marketing and the Business Partnership Centre. Brian has strategic responsibility for working with both private and public organisations, in assisting them to ensure they maximise their business potential. Brian works closely with West Lothian Chamber of Commerce and the Federation of Small Businesses. Brian and his team work closely in providing a programme of courses and services to help businesses develop. In addition, the college has a number of partnerships with European Colleges, to help expand and share learning and cultural experiences with staff and students. |
| Lindsay Seywright is responsible for the curriculum portfolio and the quality of the learning experience. By working closely with all staff and students, she promotes innovative approaches to learning and teaching, ensures excellent services to support student needs and continuously strives to improve the student experience. Lindsay has strategic responsibility for the College/Schools Partnership, carefully planning the delivery of vocationally relevant courses and qualifications for local school students. She also develops and maintains relationships and effective articulation links with Higher Education Institutions. To support appropriate curriculum growth and to promote the college’s strategic role in economic development, Lindsay is also actively engaged in a range of partnership agreements with local and international external organisations. |
Jennifer McLaren - Assistant Principal, Finance and Resources
| Jennifer McLaren is responsible for the financial performance of the college and for developing strategies which contribute to financial sustainability. Jennifer also has responsibility for the strategic development and management of the college's ICT infrastructure and for development and implementation of the capital investment and estates strategy. Jennifer ensures value for money in relation to investment in staff, infrastructure and the college estate. |
George Hotchkiss - Director of Organisational Development
| George Hotchkiss is responsible for HRM, quality enhancement, policy development and Health and Safety. George has responsibility for the strategic development and management of staff development for promoting equality and diversity across college activities and heads a team committed to enhancing the quality culture.
